  • Tasting notes
  • Color: Crystalline, clear and bright. Clear medium-to-full density.
  • Aroma: Extraordinary presence of cooked, candied agave with light notes of white flowers and traces of citrus, particularly lemon.
  • Flavor: Consistent accents of cooked agave and citruses, combined with woody and mineral flavors.
  • Final: Lingering, well-balanced.

  • Color: Light gold; clear, high density.
  • Aroma: Accents of whipped cream, vanilla, dried fruits and spices such as cinnamon and cloves are noted.
  • Flavor: Significant presence of vanilla, cinnamon and grapefruit, with accents of coffee and spicy wood.
  • Final: Woody, lingering final, with accents of cooked agave.

  • Color: White and crystalline with clear, high density.
  • Aroma: Mineral and herbal, with accents of cooked agave, wet soil, eucalyptus and citruses that perfectly balance the aromas of this mescal.
  • Flavor: Has strong accents of cooked agave that combine with pronounced traces of wet soil, minerals and citruses.
  • Final: Lingering, well-balanced aftertaste.

  • Color: Light gold; clear, medium density.
  • Aroma: A combination of woody accents such as caramel, vanilla, dried candied fruits and sweet oranges, with a slight chocolate aftertaste.
  • Flavor: Very well-balanced flavor.  Notes of bittersweet chocolate, cooked pineapple, candied agave, vanilla and candied fruit.
  • Final: Mellow and smoky, with traces of dried fruits.

  • Alcohol by volume: 40%.
  • Tasting notes
  • Color: Golden; clear, medium-high density.
  • Aroma: Subtle presence of cooked agave, dried fruits, coffee and agave nectar. 
  • Flavor: Taste in mouth confirms the accents of cooked agave, with the presence of spices, cocoa, orange blossoms and caramel.
  • Final: Woody, smoky, sweet final.
